LION QUEEN (1) is a strong fresh performer back after a break of five-and-a-half months and looking to emulate her win at this track to kick off the last campaign. Expect her to pose a serious challenge. YUVI (3) resumes today after filling a minor placing at his last appearance at this track over 1200m on April 12. Looks a strong top-three prospect. JINSOKU (2) finished fifth over 1200m at this track at his most recent appearance on April 12. Can make his presence felt.

2R : SEA EAGLE (3) disappointed when 5 lengths back in eighth last time over 1600m at Bangalore. Kept fresh for this. Deserves another chance. TORINO (4) is a talented gelding who has been in the money at both appearances. Is at the races for the first time since he was successful over 1400m at this track on April 12. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Expecting a bold showing. TWENTY SIX BLACK (2) is a promising type who returns from a spell of six months and remains unbeaten in two runs. Last appeared when she score by a nose over 1200m at this track. Big chance again. GHOST (5) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on April 5 finishing fifth and beaten 6 lengths over 2000m at this track. Definite top-three chance.

3R : GALATICUS (2) returned from a spell last start with a strong win by 1.75 lengths over 1200m at Mysore. Was a winner at the only previous second-up run and is clearly the one they have to beat. Group 3 placegetter CLIFFORD (3) had been in great form winning two on end before finishing second last time when second over 1200m at Bangalore. Rates highly and is worth another chance. LA DOMINATE (9) has not raced since he finished second over 1200m at this track on April 5. A bold showing is expected. DR DOOM (1) resumes from a spell of six months after closing off last preparation with three consecutive minor placings. Goes well at this trip, recording four minor placings and is not to be discounted.

TROPICAL LADY (6) has not been sighted since she finished fourth over 1400m at this track on March 23. Key player.

5R : Group 3 placegetter CAPE TANAROS (2) returns from a break of six-and-a-half months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a win over 1400m at this track. Ideally placed to score while fresh. Group 3 winner SIEGE PERILOUS (3) finished tenth last time out over 1400m at Mysore, beaten 10 lengths. Sure to prove tough to stop. Multiple Group 3 winner AWESOME ONE (1) comes here off a break of six-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1200m at this track. Has found a suitable race and is worth including. Group 1 winner EASTWOOD (5) lines up for the first time since March 23. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1400m at this track. Among the better hopes.

6R : GOOD TIP (1) broke through for her maiden win over 1200m at Bangalore last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and she is a key runner. NAUTICA (6) is back from a spell of seven months. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 1200m contest at this track by 2.25 lengths. Ready to run well. SPORTING TRAINER (5) resumes today after filling a minor placing at his last appearance at this track over 1200m on April 12. One to consider. LORD LUCIFER (7) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of five-and-a-half months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1100m at this track. Has ability so don't underestimate.
