Likely improver with strong prospects. WAR SONG (1) kicked off this campaign with a win then was less impressive last time out when fourth over 1200m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.

5R : VIVA LA VIDA (4) turned things around last start and scored by 4 lengths over 1100m at this track. Taking on a better field but he is capable of another big run. CONTRIBUTOR (3) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by a long neck over 1200m at this track. Fitter for that last hitout and is expected to run well again. JEWEL THIEF (8) improved last start to finish second over 1600m at this track. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ACHOOK (10) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when fourth over 1600m at this track, beaten 12 lengths. Worth another chance.
6R : Group 1 winner EVALDO (2) is racing well. Scored in Group 2 grade at Bangalore two back then finished second, beaten half a length, over 1400m at Group 3 level at this track at the latest appearance three weeks ago. Akshay Kumar who has five wins when partnering stays on. Well placed and should be in the finish. Multiple Group 1 winner A STAR IS BORN (1) could only manage second as favourite last start over 1600m in Group 2 class at Bangalore, making it two minor placings from four starts this campaign. Kept fresh since the last run. Likely to be in the finish again. Group 3 placegetter SHUBANKAR (5) finished third two runs back in Group 3 class at Bangalore then improved last time out to score by half a length over 1600m at this track. Stepping up a level this time but on current form he is right in contention. SANTORINO (4) is a promising galloper who resumes from a break. Last raced when third over 2000m at Bangalore three-and-a-half months ago which was the only run of that prep. Has won when fresh from.
7R : WAR TRAIL (9) doesn't have the best strike rate but ran a nice race when resuming from a spell last time out over 1600m at this track, finishing second and beaten 0.8 lengths. Finds a tougher race but a big run is on the cards. DAWN RISING (10) has two placings from three outings this prep and last start finished 1.75 lengths from the winner in third over 1100m at this track. Ready to find winning form. MANY MOONS (11) finished fifth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1200m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. JERSEY LEGEND (8) was below his best last time, finishing sixth and beaten 10 lengths over 1200m at Bangalore. Open to improvement and should be about the mark.

Has the class to find the winners' list. MR HUMBLE (7) is back from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Raced once last campaign and finished second over 1200m at Bangalore. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Will prove tough to beat. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2 lengths when fourth over 1600m at Bangalore six weeks ago. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. Group 1 placegetter OSIRIS (3) did a great job to score by a nose over today's course and distance when resuming from a layoff last start. Likely to be there at the finish again.
