No surprise to see him in the mix.

6R : GOLDEN TIME (4) turned in a solid run when resuming last start over this course and distance, finishing second and beaten only one length. Commendable record at this trip with a win and nine minor placings and is a key runner. AIR DISPLAY (2) finished 4 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 1400m at this track, an improvement on her seventh at this track the run before. Worth noting Inayat goes aboard. Nicely placed to get the prize. AHERNE (12) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 0.8 lengths from the winner in second over 1400m at this track. Worth noting R N Darshan goes aboard. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be overlooked. PROMISE KEPT (1) drew wide and ran poorly last start when beaten 8 lengths into seventh at this course and distance. Fared better at the barrier draw this time. Has the speed to be prominent. One of the better hopes.
