OH MY DARLING (5) has been in great form recently, the latest effort a dominant win by 5 lengths over 1400m at this track. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is up to the challenge. PARKER (2) turned in a fine effort to win by 10 lengths at today's course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Looks well placed so expect another big run. CELTIC HARLEQUIN (3) last appeared five weeks ago over 1200m at this track when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Sabeel Shariff stable.

2R : TIGER SHARK (5) is a seven-start maiden who is well and truly overdue, finishing second at this track over 2000m last time out. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. PYRGOS (1) proved too strong last start and scored by 4 lengths over 1400m at this track. Has a fair record at this track with a win and two placings. Should be prominent from the outset. Sure to be in the finish. VENENO (4) is yet to break through in six runs but has been thereabouts. Last start was 5 lengths away in fourth over 1600m at this track. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Capable of testing this field. HELLBLAZER (3) has not won for a long while. Last raced on January 1 when beaten 8 lengths into fourth at this track over 1400m. This is a nice drop in grade so he will be hard to beat.

3R : TICKER (3) produced a good effort last start when second over 1200m at this track to make it four minor placings from four starts this preparation. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Sure to be in the finish. ASTERIX (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at this track, beaten 3 lengths into fifth. Likely improver with strong prospects. PRIMO VICTORIA (2) improved last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1100m at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. SPECULATOR (8) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on October 21 finishing fifth and beaten 8 lengths over 1400m at Pune. Has switched to the P Quinn yard. Among the better hopes.

4R : FORT NELSON (1) is a promising type who scored at his last run before a break six-and-a-half months ago over 1100m at Bangalore. Has never missed the frame when fresh from a spell in two starts. Should be prominent from the outset. Will prove tough to beat. GOLDEN BELLA (2) broke through for her maiden win over 1200m at Madras last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and she is right in the mix again. XTRAVAGANT STAR (3) finished fourth last time out over 1600m at this track, beaten 14 lengths. One of the main contenders. SUN GOD (9) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 12 lengths away in sixth over 1400m at this track. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.

5R : KING ROGER (1) went to the paddock after scoring at his last appearance 11 weeks ago over 1200m at Madras. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. SHAI (9) was last at the races when he finished fifth over 1400m at this track on April 12. Sure to make his presence felt. ALMAS (4) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over this course and distance when resuming from a break last time out. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. SOUL MUSIC (6) brings the right form to this race after taking out a 1200m contest at this track last time out by a nose. Major player.

6R : Group 1 placegetter TIME AND TIDE (1) boasts an excellent record and yet to miss the frame including six wins from nine starts Form at this distance is strong with five wins from five starts and looks a top chance. Group 2 placegetter GAZINO (8) finds it hard to win with five victories from 52 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 1200m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths. Worth noting Neeraj Rawal goes aboard. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves serious consideration. TRUE MARSHAL (4) found one better last start at this track over this distance. Is yet to miss the frame from four starts at this distance, including two wins. Has a high cruising speed. One to consider. Group 3 winner COOL RIDER (3) comes here off a break of five months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1400m at Bangalore. Boasts a first-up record of two wins and two placings from four starts. Among the better hopes.

7R : Multiple Group 2 winner DESTROYER (1) has scored at his last two starts, most recently by 2.5 lengths over 1600m in Group 2 grade at this track as favourite. That continued the solid form this campaign, with two wins from five starts. Top chance again. Multiple Group 3 winner LONG LEASE (5) was in a different class last time, registering a dominant 2.75 lengths win over 2400m at Group 3 level at this track to make it three in a row. Has a high cruising speed. Among the leading chances. Group 2 placegetter HORNBILL (2) gets out over more ground today on the back of some solid form of late, the most recent effort a second over 1600m in Group 2 grade at this track. Takes on tougher opposition this time but still one of the main contenders. Multiple Group 2 placegetter RAMIEL (3) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at his last couple of runs including a third most recently over 1600m in Group 2 class at this track when beaten 5 lengths. P Trevor sticks. Don't underestimate.

8R : BLACK EAGLE (2) is back after a break of ten months. Looking to emulate his win at Hyderabad to kick off the last campaign. Lines up today for the first time for trainer P Quinn. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. SMASH SHOT (7) got home by just a nose at his latest appearance over 1200m at Madras. Gets some weight relief this time so he is a leading contender again. JAMAICA (4) scored narrowly over 1200m at this track last time out with today's jockey Neeraj Rawal in the irons. Big weight drop so she shapes as one to consider. YUVI (8) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at this track two starts back then got the job done by 6 lengths as favourite last time out over 1100m at this track. Likely to be in the finish again.
