EATON SQUARE (5) has been a regular in the winners' stall of late including last start in dominant fashion over 2000m at this track. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is good enough to play a major role. FINCH (1) turned in a modest performance when fourth last time out over 2000m at this track, beaten 9 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. ANGELO (6) finished third last start over 2000m at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge.

Antony Raj S who has two wins when partnering stays on. Well placed and should be in the finish. Group 3 winner BELIEVE (6) is a distance specialist who was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at this track, beaten 8 lengths into fifth. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is worth another chance. ALPINE STAR (5) registered a strong win two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when third over 1600m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Nicely placed to figure in the finish.

Placed to advantage so expect a better run this time.
